Went over the meeting from the Nov meeting at the light house

School land appraisals

 

Don Riley announced the Mike Cordell to be our chapter “Web Master”

 

Gave treasury report and sampled the format that she is going to present it at every meeting. Glenda wants to wait to pay Mike back for the web expense until other deposits come in. Jim Haney motioned to accept, passed.

 

Noted we have 95 members as of Dec 2008 aprox 30+- new members for 2008

 

Went over the gift certificate that Glinda Cordell produced, for the give away classes that we are going to give at each monthly meeting. And that it will be good for 12 months.

 

Went over the options for guest speakers, for our meetings.

 

Went over the OKC IFA board meeting from 1/9/09

 

Went over the effort to have all members fill out the profile sheets, and input in to the web site.

 

We going to arranged for the use of the restaurant Sellers in Edmond for the 2009 Christmas party.

 

Molly went over the class schedule and the possible options we can make.
