Dale stated that he might not renew his USPAP Instructor certification for personal reasons. Dale also expressed the need for more 4 hour CE courses, explained Nationals efforts in education and the status of NAIFA providing online CE courses.

Old Business:
Patty Fisher addressed the status of the pending AMC legislation. She stated the Board was generally please with the compromises, however there were some concerns with its enforcement. She encouraged anyone interested in learning more to attend the next Appraisal Board meeting when the legislation will be discussed. She also thanked the Chapter for their commitment to education and said the Board was moving to new offices in 5 Corporate Plaza this week.
New Business:
Jim Pratt made a motion the Chapter offer to pay the $500 fee if Dale Bynum would renew his USPAP Instructor certification. Sherrie Houck seconded the motion and it was passed.
