Our guest speaker Jamie Turner a local underwriter that went over

the changes and work loads of the industry,

the changes in credit score requirements,

lack of training of underwriters,

Glenda went over the possible locations for the Christmas party.

No location set on for the party.

 

Went over the legal action on a realtor for sqft accuracy.

 

Molly went over the possible board members for the national elections

And up coming schools

 

We went over the setting up either prepaying before the class or setting up fees for canceling classes.

 

Don brought up Nena request for $200 gift for national voted and passed

 

Heath went over the upcoming ethics course and that the fee for members for $15 for 2 hours of CE.
